Sandbox Accounts

This directory provides guidance for obtaining sandbox accounts for integrations supported by Unified.to. These accounts can be used for testing your app with live data.

Note: These sandbox accounts are different from Unified.to's sandbox environment. While our sandbox environment generates synthetic data for trying out he Unified API, these sandbox accounts are for testing with real integration endpoints in production.

FactorialHR (link)	No	Contact account manager/executive to request sandbox and OAuth credentials. Restrictions Must work with account manager
GoCardless (link)	Yes	Create sandbox account through signup form.
Greenhouse (link)	No	To use the sandbox, open a separate browser window from the one running your production Greenhouse environment. Restrictions Only available to paid Expert subscription tier
HubSpot (link)	Yes	Free developer accounts available with full functionality (except custom domains). Accounts never expire.
Jobvite (link)	No	Partner Program provides access to sandbox account. Restrictions Must join Partner Program
Lever (link)	No	Must become partner first, then sign up for Sandbox OAuth. Lever support team provides OAuth credentials. Restrictions Must be approved as partner
Paylocity (link)	No	Submit access request to receive OAuth credentials and sandbox account. Restrictions Must submit and get approval for access request
Paypal (link)	Yes	Create account on developer portal to access virtual sandbox accounts.
QuickBooks (link)	Yes	Sandbox company automatically provided with developer account. Valid for 2 years. Restrictions Limited to 10 sandbox companies per developer account
Salesforce (link)	Yes	Free Developer Sandbox available through signup.
SAP SuccessFactors (link)	Yes	Access through Learning Hub using Live Access option. Restrictions Requires Learning Hub subscription. Live Access available in 20-hour blocks for 30-day periods
Slack (link)	Yes	Access through Slack Developer Program registration. Restrictions Must join Slack Developer Program
SmartRecruiters (link)	Yes	Customers can obtain API credentials from Credential Manager. Partners must either work with specific customers or contact Partner Success Team. Restrictions Must be either SmartRecruiters customer or partner
Workday (link)	No	Private demo tenants available for an annual fee. Public tenants sunset in 2024. Restrictions Must be customer or have enabled tenant access by Workday customer
Zoho Books (link)	Yes	No sandbox account yet. Use trial version for testing (can request extension). Restrictions 14-day trial period

Starting the application process early in your development cycle
